These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Campaigns by UniNewsletter, a multilingual campaign and digital visibility service operated by UniNewsletter, a platform owned and managed by Global Gate Marketing Ltd, a Canadian company registered in the Province of British Columbia.

Campaigns by UniNewsletter operates as a service offering under the UniNewsletter platform and is designed to support institutions, organizations, and selected brands with structured multilingual campaigns aimed at global visibility and market presence.

By accessing, submitting enquiries, or engaging with Campaigns by UniNewsletter, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the service.

1. General Terms

1.1 Service Scope

Campaigns by UniNewsletter provides multilingual campaign planning, content distribution, and digital visibility services. The service is not positioned as a lead generation, student recruitment, or performance marketing solution.

1.2 Modifications

UniNewsletter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Campaign Services at any time without prior notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

1.3 Privacy

1.4 Disclaimer

In no event shall UniNewsletter or Global Gate Marketing Ltd be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of Campaign Services. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the campaign service, if applicable.

2. Eligibility and Use

Campaigns by UniNewsletter is intended for:

  • Universities and higher education institutions
  • Educational and training organizations
  • Education-related service providers
  • Selected brands aligned with education, learning, or professional development

All campaign participation is subject to review and approval.

3. Editorial Independence & Invitation-Only Platform

Participation in Campaigns by UniNewsletter does not imply:

  • Partnership with UniNewsletter
  • Editorial endorsement
  • Inclusion in UniNewsletter’s editorial publications
  • Membership or featured status within the UniNewsletter platform

UniNewsletter operates as an invitation-only editorial publication, and all editorial features, interviews, partnerships, or inclusions are managed independently from campaign services.

4. Campaign Approval & Right of Refusal

UniNewsletter reserves the right to:

  • Review all campaign enquiries and materials
  • Refuse, suspend, or discontinue any campaign at its sole discretion

Campaigns may be declined if content:

  • Conflicts with UniNewsletter’s values or audience
  • Is misleading, inappropriate, or unlawful
  • Falls outside the scope of education, training, or aligned sectors

No obligation exists to accept all campaign enquiries.

5. Advertiser Responsibility & Content Disclaimer

5.1 Advertiser Responsibility

Campaigns by UniNewsletter acts solely as a multilingual visibility and campaign service provider. UniNewsletter does not independently verify, validate, or endorse claims, offers, services, or representations made by advertisers.

All campaign content, messaging, claims, and materials remain the sole responsibility of the advertiser.

5.2 No Endorsement

The presence of a campaign does not constitute endorsement, recommendation, or validation by UniNewsletter or Global Gate Marketing Ltd.

5.3 Liability Disclaimer

UniNewsletter and Global Gate Marketing Ltd shall not be held responsible for:

  • The accuracy or legality of advertised content
  • Compliance with local regulations in target markets
  • Outcomes, disputes, or transactions resulting from campaign exposure

Any engagement with campaign content is undertaken at the discretion and risk of the advertiser and audience.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform design, structure, branding, and content related to Campaigns by UniNewsletter remain the intellectual property of UniNewsletter unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Advertisers retain ownership of their campaign materials but grant UniNewsletter a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute campaign content for service delivery purposes.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
